About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our Used Vehicle Department and drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This hands-on leadership role will see you take ownership of the department, manage inventory and pricing strategies, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the sales team

• Drive sales performance and achieve departmental KPIs

• Manage used vehicle stock, pricing and inventory

• Source quality used vehicle stock

• Grow volume, profitability and market share

• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction

• Work closely with Finance and Aftermarket teams

About You

• Previous experience as a Used Vehicle Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager

• Proven success achieving sales and profitability targets

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Sound understanding of used vehicle valuations and stock management

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Current driver's licence (manual preferred)

• Available to work weekends
