Pilates Instructors Wanted | Mat + Reformer

Bloom Pilates is looking to connect with passionate Pilates instructors to join our teaching team. We don’t advertise instructor opportunities often, so if you’ve been waiting for the right time to reach out, this is it.

We’re ideally looking for instructors who are certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates, with Barre certification considered a bonus. Social media and content creation skills would also be highly valued.

This opportunity would suit instructors who are warm, confident, reliable and aligned with the Bloom style of teaching. Our classes are supportive, intentional and thoughtfully programmed, with a focus on strong cueing, safe movement and creating a beautiful client experience.

We are looking for availability across mornings, evenings and weekends, including regular weekly classes, cover opportunities and flexible teaching blocks.

We’re looking for:
• Mat and Reformer Pilates certification
• Barre certification or experience, bonus but not essential
• Pre and postnatal training or experience, highly valued
• Social media or content creation skills, bonus but not essential
• Confident class planning and cueing
• A warm, professional teaching style
• Current ABN
• Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Availability across AM, PM and weekend classes
• Openness to regular classes and/or covers
• A genuine love for supporting clients through movement
