As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced or trainee Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team and help deliver an exceptional buying experience for our customers. 

 

About the Role 

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to build a rewarding career in automotive sales. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to start your career in the industry, we will provide the training, support and tools needed to succeed. 

 

As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to delivery and ongoing after-sales support. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Build strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional vehicle buying experience 

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead management and customer engagement 

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and associated products to suit their needs 

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional sales and after-sales service 

• Work collaboratively with Finance, Aftermarket and dealership teams to maximise sales opportunities and customer outcomes 

 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and succeed 

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service 

• Ability to build rapport quickly and develop lasting customer relationships 

• Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales is highly regarded but not essential 

• Current driver's licence and availability to work weekends
