Casual Part-Time, Full- Time

Approximately 25 to 38 hours per week

Barnetts Bakery is a long-established family business that has proudly served the local community and tourist trade for 30 years. With some staff members staying with us for over 15 years, we prioritize teamwork and flexibility in our scheduling. We are excited to expand our family and welcome new talent! Join our bustling coastal bakery, known for our delicious treats and friendly service! We are dedicated to providing our customers with the best products and experiences.


Job Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service

- Assist with general shop duties, including restocking and cleaning

- Handle transactions and manage the cash register

- Maintain a welcoming and organized environment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages

- Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent service

- Conduct food preparation and assist in maintaining shop cleanliness


Requirements:

- Availability to work during school holidays and weekends

- Some experience in a barista role is an advantage (training will be provided)

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a busy environment

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
