Property Management Associate

Location: South West Rocks
Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time position minimum of 30 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Associate to join our growing team at LJ Hooker South West Rocks.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager while gaining hands-on exposure across all areas of property management.

You will be responsible for managing a quality portfolio and will receive ongoing training and support as you develop your skills within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine, ingoing, and outgoing property inspections

• Prepare detailed inspection reports.

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance with approved contractors and trades

• Process tenancy applications, including reference and background checks

• Assist with lease preparation, bond lodgements, and tenant onboarding

• Provide high-quality customer service to landlords and tenants

Skills & Experience Required

• Hold a current Certificate of Registration or be willing to obtain one upon commencement.

• Current Australian driver’s licence

• Be well-presented and professional

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Have strong organisational and time management skills

• Be confident using computers and learning new software systems

• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• A professional, empathetic, and proactive approach.
