About the role

Intelligent Health Care Australia is seeking an experienced Community Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in (Mid North Coast region)Taree, NSW. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to our diverse patient population, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their overall wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualised treatment plans

2. Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programmes, and the prescription of assistive devices

3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimise outcomes

4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements

6. Participate in the continuous improvement of service delivery through the implementation of quality assurance measures

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent, with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

2. Minimum 1 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably in a community or rehabilitation setting

3. Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care

6. Willingness to travel

7. Ability to undertake travel commitments including local day trips, regional overnight stays, and interstate travel as required
