The Role

As a casual RN across our aged care network, you'll:

• Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred clinical care

• Lead and guide care staff with confidence and compassion

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

• Ensure safe, individualised care for every resident

• Contribute to clinical risk management and continuous improvement

• Champion residents' dignity, choices and overall wellbeing

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (aged care experience highly regarded)

• Strong clinical judgement and confident decision-making

• A reliable, adaptable nature and a genuinely caring approach

• Commitment to quality outcomes and resident-centred care
