About the role:

Macleay Options is seeking a reliable and experienced Casual Mowing/Maintenance Hand to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and is passionate about supporting both our staff and our supported employees.

You will be responsible for:

• Lawn mowing, whipper‑snipping, edging, and general grounds maintenance
• Basic property upkeep and small maintenance tasks
• Working alongside and supporting our team and supported employees in day‑to‑day tasks
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring safe work practices.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Previous experience in mowing or grounds maintenance
• Preferably experience running your own mowing or maintenance business
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and a supportive attitude
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to quality work
