Nextt are seeking Disability Support Workers with experience in complex bowel care and flexible availability to join our team in Taree

About the role

We are seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to provide 24/7 care, including inactive sleepovers. Supports include personal care with bowel care assistance, domestic tasks, and supporting community access. Applicants must hold an Employee NSW Working with Children Check. Pay Rates  
SCHADS Award E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL):  
  • Base hourly rate: $35.15  
  • Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67  
  • Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37  
  • Saturday: $49.21  
  • Sunday: $63.27  
  • Public holiday: $77.33 
Your Certificates and Licences: 
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current) 
  • Working with Children Check (Current) 
  • Australian Driver's License 
  • Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle 
  • NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You 
  • First Aid and CPR (Current)
